This is a Orville by Gibson mahogany body maple top guitar. Comes with the Gibson made patent pickups. Has made in Japan tuners, Japanese pots.

OK Gibson fans look away right now. This guitar is by every measure describable identical to the any Les Paul custom I know. However the frets are not bound which in my opinion is better for re-fretting. This guitar whether it be by chance or something is the most awesome sounding rock guitar I have ever played for the price. The sustain, pick attack and overall tone of this guitar is awesome. It is hard to convince yourself that this guitar isn't good. It is simply awesome. 

Sometimes people write a good review because they have never really owned a quality instrument ... not their fault. I have owned 3 deluxe American Strats, a Tele plus, 2 American Standard Teles , a Charvel 650xl custom (Japanese made awesome guitar) and a Les Paul custom black beauty (which I had to sell for financial reasons, which I really regretted but now if someone offered to trade it back for my Orville I would say no in a second) I would have to say this is the most awesome guitar I have ever played or owned it makes the hair stand on your arms. If it was lost or stolen I would seriously find another one these things are truly a treasure.
